In this series Ringz Ov Saturn set off in 2014 on his quest with his trusty little DSLR camera, to gather a collective of footage from a variety of UK based producers, to bring together an on going series which is now known as MPC (Mind Power Composition).

The soul purpose of MPC is to expose/showcase the fine art of UK based hip hop production from a mixture of generations. Throughout the series you’ll get an in depth look into a mixture of hardware and software based producers, their production techniques, thoughts, musical backgrounds, different hip hop musical styles & flavors, crafting techniques and the use of old school to more modern day musical equipment. The series will feature some of the UK’s finest and well known producers, as well as the equally talented up and coming producers.

Started producing early 2002 acquiring his first drum machine (akai mpc 2000xl LE). Started off as a rhymer under the name ‘illanuff’ as a lead member within a group named legion of the north consisting of, himself, Ray vendetta, Killa Zorro, Venom Spitter and Mandarin. They released 2 albums between the years of 2002-2005 all produced by bad company himself. From there he changed his name to major crow and proceeded more predominantly as a solo artist under that name. He had a very big impact on the UK underground hip hop scene, attracting a lot of attention from European producers during the Myspace era

His first official release ‘the iron chancellor’ an ep with Flowtecs came in 2013 this was also the year he joined Triple Darkness becoming their 11 member. Bad company is heavily influenced by that dirty Wu tang shaolin chamber east coast boom bap sound. Main producer influences such as RZA, Dj Premier, Alchemist, 4th disciple, true master, bronze Nazareth and Cilveringz. From listening to bad company’s sound you can instantly hear his influences shining through, which now days compliment TDs sound, making him sit nicely as the 11th member as one of the uks biggest underground hip hop groups Triple Darkness.
