Whats good MM world. I’m here wit another review of some hard hitting drums that producers can really benefit from. AlistFame presents: Intentional Damage Kit Bundle; which consist of 2 volumes of street gritty drum samples bundled together to provide that bang! Zipped up with over 150 sounds from kicks, snares, loops and percussion, AlistFame constructed some sound kits gems!
Off of my first listen, these are definitely the type of sounds that inspire me to wanna make NY street bangers, on that “5 beats a day for 3 summers” vibe. With a list of production credits for artists such as Jadakiss, Sheek Louch, Vado, Fred The Godson and others, this kit really translates AlistFame’s production style. Deep heavy kicks that fill the pocket and provide punch to pop in the track, while the snares are slapping the biggest dude on the block! All of the sounds cover a broad frequency range to cut though your mix and supply fullness to any beat.
The standout in the International Damage Bundle has to be the percussion and loops. I keep describing the sounds as gritty, dirty, and gutter, and for good reason. With a distinctive character like that, it can easily personify that street sound. The one shot hats, along with distorted flanged drum loops certainly shine through and are a cut above the rest in the production world.
