Maserati Marcus, From Converse, TX (a small town outside of San Antonio, TX) who has been in love with music since he was a young child. His sister used to baby sit him by recording music videos on a blank VCR tape and play the videos just so he can be quiet. Special Ed’s “I Got It Made” introduced him into Hip-Hop, then as he got older he knew music was his passion. When he heard Ludacris’ “Southern Hospitality” he knew that he wanted to make music. In 2005, Marcus began making beats but, not on a serious note….just for fun and passion. As he progressed years down the line, his peers and family began to noticed that he was really good at making beats. After releasing his 2nd beat tape, he was discovered by Cynical Smith (a music video director/radio personailty/founder of BuckTown USA Ent.) passed the tape along to General Steele of Smif-N-Wessun and Steele had reached out to Marcus and wanted to sign him as an In-House Producer for his label (BuckTown USA Ent.) Since then, Maserati Marcus has landed production for artists Vvs Verbal (Bucktown USA Artist) and put out a project called “Maserati Music” under BuckTown USA.
