NIC is the definition of MAN finding his way. Now residing in Shellacking Nagoya, Japan by way of Durham, NC. Drawing influence from JDilla to DJ Hi-Tek to BudaMunk to Tomita, his work is the culmination of a fine-tuned ear and lots and lots of love. Having broken his way into the underground Japanese rap scene, NIC is looking to find constant inspiration and collaboration in the Land of the Rising Sun. Making a return to the States sometime soon may bring a little pizzaz to the mix, but for now it’s all you can eat this side of the Pacific.
